WINTER BASH 2012

Date:  Friday, February 3, 2012, 9 pm – 1 am

Location:  Sheraton Boston Hotel

Bus Loading Time:  8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00 (depending on ticket purchased)

Bus Loading Location:  Aidekman Arts Center

Ticket Cost:  $10 (includes transportation, food, non-alcoholic beverages, 21+ pub area, & entertainment)

Tickets can be purchased in the following ways:

Online:  www.tuftstickets.com   (Tufts Undergraduates Only, no guests, one ticket per student)
***Online ticket sales will run from 1/30/12 to 2/3/12.  Only Credit Card payment accepted.

Once you purchase your ticket on-line you must print out your E-Ticket.  You must present this E-Ticket along with your Tufts ID to enter the event.  Name on ID must match name on E-Ticket.  The unique bar code on your E-Ticket allows only one entry to the event.  The first copy of an E-Ticket to arrive will gain entry after scanning and validation.  Other copies of the same ticket will be denied entry.  You should handle this E-Ticket as you would any other valuable or cash.    

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Ticket and TUFTS ID required for entry.  21+ ID Required to enter 21+ Area.

COAT ROOM:  There will be a coat room provided at the hotel for students to hang their coats.  There will NOT be a Coat Check.  Students are responsible for their coats and any belongings left with their coats.
